Outreach

With Outreach modules in Make, you can create and manage all your accounts, prospects, and sequences in your Outreach account.

To get started with Outreach, create an account at outreach.io.

For the list of available endpoints, refer to the Outreach API documentation.

Connecting Outreach to Make

  1. Log in to your Make account, add an Outreach module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

    Note: If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. Optional: Switch on the Show advanced settings toggle and enter your custom app client credentials. For more information, refer to Outreach custom apps documentation.

    If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app:

    https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/outreach

  4. Click Save.

  5. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Outreach modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

Build Outreach Scenarios

After connecting the app, you can perform the following actions:

Triggers

Note

This app uses webhooks to trigger a scenario when an event occurs instantly. All webhook modules have an instant tag next to their name.

When you create an Outreach webhook in Make, it is attached automatically and requires no additional set up.

Triggers if any resource is created, updated, or deleted.

Select whether this is a 'named' account or not. Only named accounts will show up on the collection index.

Natural Name

Enter the natural name of the company. For example, Acme.

Number of Employees

Enter the number of employees.

Tags

Add any tags.

Website URL

Enter the company’s website URL. For example, https://www.acme.com/contact.

Owner

Enter or select the owner of the account.

Updates an account specified by ID.

Name

Enter a name for the account.

Buyer Intent Score

Enter a custom score given to measure the quality of the account.

Company Type

Calls Opt Status

Whether the prospect is opted out of calling or general if granular opt-out is not enabled.

Campaign Name

The name of the campaign the prospect is associated with.

Company Followers

The prospect’s company Followers.

Company Founded at

Year in which was the prospect’s company founded.

Company Industry

Industry in which the prospect’s company operates.

Company LinkedIn

The company LinkedIn.

Company LinkedIn Employees

The prospect’s company LinkedIn Employees.

Company Locality

The company's locality.

Company Size

The size of the prospect’s company.

Company Type

A description of the company’s type (e.g. 'Public Company').

The middle name of the prospect.

A list of mobile phone numbers associated with the prospect.

Nickname

The nickname of the prospect.

The occupation of the prospect (e.g. 'Purchasing Manager').

Opted out

Represents whether this prospect is currently opted out of all mailings. Set this value to true to opt out the prospect; the opted_out timestamp will be updated to the time of the request. Set this value to false to revert the opt at and clear the opted-out timestamp.

Other Phones

A list of other phone numbers associated with the prospect.

Personal Note 1

A custom note field related to the prospect.

Personal Note 2

A second note field related to the prospect.

Preferred Contact

The preferred contact method for the prospect.

Quora URL

The prospect’s Quora URL.

Region

The primary geographic region of the prospect.

The school(s) the prospect has attended.

Enter the tags applicable for the template separated by a comma.

Share Type

Select or map the sharing type for the template. For example, private.

Track Links

Select whether link tracking is on for the template.

Track Opens

Select whether open tracking is on for the template.

Archived

Select whether the template is archived.

Updates the selected template.

Enter a new name for the template.

Enter the subject line for the email to be sent.

Enter the desired request headers. You don't have to add authorization headers; we already did that for you.
