BigMailer

With BigMailer modules in Make, you can manage the contacts and transactional campaigns in your BigMailer account.

To use the BigMailer modules, you must have a BigMailer account. You can create an account at  bigmailer.io.

Refer to the BigMailer API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connection BigMailer to Make

To establish the connection, you must:

Obtain your API key in BigMailer

To obtain your API key from your BigMailer account:

  1. Log in to your Bigmailer account.

  2. Click Account > API to access the API key management page.

  3. Click Create Key.

  4. Enter a name for your API key and choose your permissions. Click Create.

  5. Copy the API key value shown and store it in a safe place.

You will use this value in the API key field in Make.

At the time of this publication, all steps for Obtain your API key in BigMailer were checked and verified to be accurate. However this may have changed, so please see the BigMailer Getting Started documentation for the most up-to-date directions.

Establish the connection with BigMailer in Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a BigMailer module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. In the API Key field, enter the API key copied above.

  4. Click Save.

  5. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more BigMailer modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

After connecting the app, you can perform the following actions:

Contacts
  • Watch new Contacts

  • Create a Contact

  • Update a Contact

  • Get a Contact

  • List Contacts

  • Delete a Contact

Transactional Campaigns
  • Send a Transactional Email

  • Make an API Call
